From February 7, 2025, the laboratory closes on Fridays already at 3:00 p.m. There will be no changes to other opening hours.
In the Ratamokeskus laboratory we serve customers with booked appointments and queue numbers. We recommend booking an appointment.
- On weekdays after 4 p.m. and on Saturdays we are open by appointment only.
- You can come for urgent sampling without an appointment also on weekdays after 4 p.m. and on Saturdays.
- We accept referrals from private physicians.

You can book a laboratory appointment online. You always need a referral for laboratory tests.
How do I prepare for examinations and where do I get the results?
Examinations always require a referral. More information on the required preparations, arriving for examinations, and receiving the test results can be found here.
