In the Tapiola laboratory we serve customers with booked appointments and walk-in customers may take a queue number. We recommend booking an appointment.
- After 2:00 p.m. we serve walk-in customers who only collect or return sample containers, and urgent patients. Walk-in clients may take a queue number.
- We accept referrals from private physicians.
- Our laboratory is located at the Tapiola Health Center.
- Register at the self-registration kiosk when you arrive at the laboratory.
- We take whooping cough and corona samples on weekdays from 7:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Please contact your health center before arriving for sampling because you need a referral for sampling.
- Please note that you must wear a face mask when you come for sampling.
- If necessary, you can find the mask in the entrance lobby next to registration.
- Use the H button to take a number from the queue number machine and wait for your turn in the lobby.
- Our laboratory has a return machine, where you can return most common samples taken at home until 2:15 p.m.
- You may pick up and return sample containers without booking an appointment.

You can book a laboratory appointment online. When booking, you will receive instructions on cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment. You always need a referral for laboratory tests.

How do I prepare for examinations and where do I get the results?
