Maternity Outpatient Clinic, Women's Hospital
Keywords:At the Maternity Outpatient Clinic in Women’s Hospital, we treat pregnant women who need special monitoring.
At the Maternity Outpatient Clinic in Women’s Hospital, we treat patients with fear of childbirth, diabetes, and pregnant women who have substance-abuse issues. We have digital care pathways in place to implement part of our follow-up work.
For treatment, you need a referral from a maternity health clinic (neuvola) or a private physician. Based on the referral, we assess the need and urgency of treatment. You will be informed of the appointment by letter or telephone. You can make an appointment for monitoring during late pregnancy (pregnancy weeks 41+5) by calling the clinic yourself.
We will send an invitation letter for the early pregnancy ultrasound examination based on the background information we have received from the maternity health clinic (neuvola). We perform ultrasound scans at the Bulevardi Prenatal Screening.
