At the Adult Allergology Unitc at the Meilahti Skin and Allergy Hospital, we examine and treat pulmonary diseases, ear, nose and throat diseases related to allergy.

Our Allergen Laboratory at the Meilahti Skin and Allergy Hospital serves patients nationally.

At the Allergy Research Center at the Meilahti Skin and Allergy Hospital, we conduct skin tests to investigate immediate and delayed hypersensitivity.

In the Clinical Physiology Unit at the Skin and Allergy Hospital, we conduct pulmonary function tests and exercise stress tests on children and adults.

In the Department of Clinical Genetics, we treat patients who are suspected of having a hereditary disease, investigate diseases being inherited in the family and provide counseling. Our department is located in the Skin and Allergy Hospital.

In the Department of Dermatopathology at Meilahti Skin and Allergy Hospital, we examine tissue samples taken from the skin, hair, nails, conjunctiva of the eye, and the mucous membranes of the nose, mouth and genitals.

The treatment and diagnostics of skin cancers and their precursors has been centralized in the Dermatologic Procedure Unit at the Skin and Allergy Hospital in Meilahti. We treat the majority of all skin cancer patients in the HUS area.

In addition to the initiation and monitoring of biological drug therapies (e.g. intravenous therapies), the treatment of the most difficult atopic and psoriasis patients has been centralized in the Skin and Allergy Hospital's Dermatology Outpatient Center.

At the Dermatology Outpatient Clinic at the Meilahti Skin and Allergy Hospital, we examine, diagnose, and treat dermatologic patients.

At the Genital Diseases Outpatient Clinic in Skin and Allergy Hospital, we examine and treat sexually transmitted diseases and skin conditions of the genitals.
